Two old friends (Sudeikis and Brie) reconnect to solve problems they have through a platonic friendship where an unlikely romance flourishes between them.

AceShowbiz - The first trailer for romantic comedy movie "Sleeping with Other People" has arrived. Starring Jason Sudeikis and Alison Brie, the movie highlights the story about two serial cheaters who reunite to solve their own romance problems.
It seems like the movie contains a lot of explicit material since the opening of the trailer shows Jake (Sudeikis) giving an instruction to Lainey (Brie) to "touch" herself. The two old friends meet after twelve years living apart. They find themselves trapped in a love problem, none of them can maintain a long-lasting relationship with their partners. Determined to stay friends, the pair unintentionally make a romantic turn in their relationship.
According to the official synopsis, "years after impulsively losing their virginity to each other in college, Lainey and Jake meet at a support group in New York. Abject failures in romance who lead lives of serial infidelity and self-sabotage, they agree to a platonic friendship to mutually support their recovery."
"Sleeping with Other People" was debuted at Sundance earlier this year. Also in the cast are Amanda Peet, Adam Scott, Natasha Lyonne, Margarita Levieva and Jason Mantzoukas. Directed by Leslye Headland, the raunchy comedy is scheduled for a release in the U.S. on September 11.
