Movie

The movie, which tells the story of Shaun and his flock, gets a new poster featuring Shawn and Timmy who is hugging his plush.

AceShowbiz - Lionsgate and Aardman ("Wallace & Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit", "Chicken Run") have released a new poster for "Shaun the Sheep". The poster is a parody to "Ant-Man" as it features the word "ANT-LAMB."

The poster features a very close-up look at one of the sheeps in the left corner and Timmy holding his iconic doll far behind the sheep. "Heroes don't get any woolier," so reads the tagline in the poster.

Directed by Richard Starzak and Mark Burton, the animated comedy centers on Shaun and his fellow animals teaming up to rescue their owner. When Shaun decides to take the day off and have some fun, he gets a little more action than he bargained for. Their action leads them to an unexpected journey after it takes away the Farmer to the Big City. They have to rescue the Farmer and bring everyone back to home safely.

Based on a script written by Burton and Starzak, the film is targeted for a release in U.S. theaters on August 5. The voice cast includes the likes of Justin Fletcher, John Sparkes, Omid Djalili, Richard Webber, Kate Harbour, Tim Hands, Andy Nyman, Simon Greenall and Emma Tate. The movie, which was released in the U.K. on February 6, has earned almost $60 million overseas.
