AceShowbiz - The first trailer for "Everest (2015)" has landed online, giving an intense sneak peek at the movie inspired a true story of deadly summit attempt. It follows several climbers who face nearly impossible obstacles as a lifelong obsession becomes a breathtaking struggle for survival.

The trailer opens with a speech, "You my friends are following in the very footsteps of history, something beyond the power of words to describe. Human beings simply aren't built to function at the cruising altitude of a 747. Our bodies will be literally dying. Everest is another beast all together."

Jason Clarke, Jake Gyllenhaal, Sam Worthington, John Hawkes, and Josh Brolin star in the movie. It is also supported by Keira Knightley, Emily Watson, and Robin Wright. Filmed in Nepal and the Italian Alps with Baltasar Kormakur behind the lens, it is scheduled to make its way out in U.S. on September 18, 2015.

In the wake of the devastating earthquake which killed thousands of people in Nepal, the trailer includes information about relief efforts. "Please join Universal Pictures and the filmmakers of Everest in supporting earthquake relief in Nepal. Visit oxfamamerica.org to donate," it says.
