Selena Gomez's Rep Denies Singer 'Relapsed' and Is 'Forced Into Rehab'
Celebrity

The 'I Want You to Know' singer was previously reported to have 'relapsed after drinking to cope with her pain.'

AceShowbiz - Contrary to circulating rumors, Selena Gomez has not "relapsed" nor being "forced into rehab." Life & Style Weekly previously reported on the cover of its new issue that Selena "relapses after drinking to cope with her pain."

The tabloid claimed that the "Spring Breakers" actress, who sought treatment for emotional issues last year, spent 2015 struggling with various problems and "has learned to cope with some of her mounting problems by hitting the bottle."

A "so-called" source said, "She is a ticking time bomb. Selena doesn't seem to be able to recover from all this on her own - and she's being forced into rehab for her issues. Selena is showing up for work, fulfilling obligations. But at night she's partying." The source added, "And her alcohol consumption has been increasing. One or two drinks becomes six or seven. It's sad."

Life & Style's story was similar to InTouch's story last week which claimed that Selena was "spiraling." Life & Style added to the allegations that Selena would go "dragged kicking and screaming" when she was checked into rehab.

Selena's rep later told Gossip Cop that the story was entirely untrue. According to the site, the singer of "The Heart Wants What It Wants" is not going to rehab and her team has never been "forcing" her to go for treatment.
