The 71-year-old Canadian singer-songwriter has reportedly been moved to a rehab facility after being hospitalized at UCLA Medical Center in late March.

AceShowbiz - Joni Mitchell is "improving" after she was hospitalized back in March, sources tell Showbiz 411. According to the sources, the "Big Yellow Taxi" hitmaker suffered brain aneurysm and she didn't have a stroke.
The site reports that Joni has been moved to a rehab facility. The singer's pal and appointed temporary conservator Leslie Morris "is trying to arrange a way Joni can continue her rehab at home." A source tells the site, "It's a long way to go, but she can do it."
According to the site, the 72-year-old songstress "is not unresponsive, as other outlets have suggested. Speech is difficult but she's communicating. Knowing Joni, she's getting her ideas across without fail."
Joni's representative has not commented on the report yet.
Back in April, the rep denied Joni was in coma, saying in a statement posted on the singer's website, "Contrary to rumors circulating on the Internet today, Joni is not in a coma. Joni is still in the hospital - but she comprehends, she's alert, and she has her full senses. A full recovery is expected."
Leslie obtained conservatorship over Joni in early May to "provide for temporary care, maintenance and support" of the singer but she didn't have authorization to "take possession of money or any other property without a specific court order."
