The 'Sin City' actress is set to reprise her role as Hell's Kitchen nurse Claire Temple who was romantically entangled with Charlie Cox's Matt Murdock in the first season.

AceShowbiz - Rosario Dawson is officially announced to reprise her role as Claire Temple in the upcoming second season of Netflix's "Daredevil". It's part of a larger exclusive TV deal that will also allow her to appear in any of Marvel's other Netflix original series.

Claire, a nurse serving in Hell's Kitchen, has ties with many of the Defenders heroes in the comics. She was romantically entangled with Charlie Cox's Matt Murdock in the "Daredevil" first season. She helped the hero after more than a few of his brutal battles.

"After working with Rosario in the first season, we knew instantly that we had to have her back for our second," said Executive Producer/Head of Marvel TV Jeph Loeb. "Claire Temple proved a fan favorite in Season 1, and we can't wait for fans to see all the plans we have for her next."

The new season is due 2016. In the meantime, Netflix is gearing up for Krysten Ritter-starring "Marvel's A.K.A. Jessica Jones" debut later this year. Other future Marvel series on the streaming site include "Luke Cage", "Iron Fist", and "Defenders" which will unite key characters from those series.
