Celebrity

The 'Inside Amy Schumer' star also makes a joke about Hillary Clinton's candidacy speech when kicking off the 2015 MTV Movie Awards.

AceShowbiz - Amy Schumer made some crazy jokes while hosting the 2015 MTV Movie Awards on April 12, including a joke about Hillary Clinton's speech. "Hillary Clinton finally announced she's taking Zayn [Malik]'s spot in One Direction," Schumer said in her monologue. "The first woman in One Direction. I never thought I'd live to see the day!"

She hilariously appeared in scenes from "Boyhood, "Pitch Perfect", The Hunger Games, "The Fault in Our Stars and "Divergent. Poking fun at herself, she said, "Half of you don't know who I am and half of you think I'm Meghan Trainor. I got to make my first movie this past year, 'Trainwreck'. I thought, 'OMG, I'm starring in a movie - am I maybe, like, gorgeous?' And then my stunt double was a guy."

She even poked fun at the network by telling all the winners not to worry about making long speeches because "MTV is the one network that refuses to play music," and that "the Movie Awards is the only show where the best movies are nominated and voted on by the same people who keep 'Catfish' and 'Teen Mom' on the air. Thank you for that. Keep it up. Really helpful."
