AceShowbiz - Selena Gomez raps when she gets bored. The former Disney princess shared on Instagram on Thursday, April 2 a video of her showing off her rapping skills while she was cruising around in her car with the sun roof open.
The brief clip came along with a simple caption that read, "Bored." In it, Gomez is seen filming herself rapping along to Drake's "Preach" featuring PARTYNEXTDOOR. "Still in Miami/ most of these girls are too messy/ I gotta do some reflecting/ I gotta find me one," the Canadian rapper's vocals can be heard in the background while the 22-year-old songbird lip-syncs.
Gomez is currently working on her new album, her first after parting ways with Disney-owned Hollywood Records last year. The new project, which still has no official title and release date, will arrive later this year via Interscope.
In related Gomez news, her ex Justin Bieber recently admitted that she's the inspiration behind some songs planned for his own new album. In an interview with Ryan Seacrest, the Canadian hearttrob said that relationship with Gomez "created heartbreak and created happiness and a lot of different emotions that [he] wanted to write about." He added, "There's a lot of that on this album."
