'Suicide Squad' Adds Scott Eastwood and Raymond Olubowale to Its Cast
Movie

Eastwood has reportedly confirmed that he's been in Toronto working on the DC Comics supervillain movie.

AceShowbiz - Two more hunks have been added to the cast of the highly anticipated DC Comics movie "Suicide Squad". Scott Eastwood and Raymond Olubowale have reportedly landed roles in the film.

Canadian entertainment show eTalk first broke the news of Eastwood's casting, posting on its Twitter account, "#Breaking - @ScottEastwood confirms to #etalk he's been in Toronto working on #SuicideSquad. More to come tomorrow."

The second casting news was brought up by the Toronto Sun, which reported (as quoted by ComicBook) that professional boxer Olubowale "has also landed a role in the soon-to-be-filmed comic book action flick Bravo 14 (its working title) which is set to star Jared Leto, Will Smith and Tom Hardy." It should be noted though that Tom Hardy has dropped out of the project, with Joel Kinnaman taking over his role.

The roles that Clint Eastwood's son and Olubowale score in the movie are not disclosed. Should the reports be true, the "Fury" star and the "Pixels" actor will join Kinnaman, Will Smith, Jared Leto, Margot Robbie, Cara Delevingne and Jai Courtney to star in the movie.

Pre-production on the supervillain flick is currently underway with the filming set to take place in mid-April to September under the direction of David Ayer. The helmer recently shared a picture from the set, teasing that Arkham Asylum, an iconic location in Batman's tale, will be featured in the movie.

Warner Bros. Pictures has picked August 5, 2016 as a release date for the action film.
