The Canadian singer tries to find a girl as he walks in and out of the rooms in the music video for his 'Handwritten' track.

AceShowbiz - Shawn Mendes' "Life of the Party" finally has a proper music video. Arriving online on Tuesday, March 10, the clip that looks like it was shot in one take is a perfect companion to the slow-tempo song released last year.
The visuals opens with a girl standing alone while looking frustratingly at her phone during a party. She then decides to leave the place just seconds before Mendes emerges and slowly walks in and out of dimly-lit rooms, apparently trying to find the girl among the guests that include fellow Vine stars Nash Grier, Aaron Carpenter, Jack Johnson and Jack Gilinsky.
"Life of the Party" will appear on Mendes' upcoming debut album "Handwritten" that's due out on April 28 via Island Records. Upon the release of the music video, the Canadian singer asked his fans to share it and use the #LOTPOfficialVideo on Twitter. He'll move up the LP's release date if the video breaks the record for most views in one day and gets 1 million mentions.
