Beyonce Knowles shares her workout routines that include squats and sit-ups to celebrate the fifth anniversary of the First Lady's Let's Move campaign.

AceShowbiz - Beyonce Knowles has revealed her workout moves that keep her body in shape. She posted the video on Instagram as a response to Michelle Obama's challenge promoted with the hashtag #Gimme5 to encourage people to show their five ways to stay healthy. "I want kids, parents, maybe even a few celebrities, to give me five ways to be healthy," so the First Lady said.
Wearing a black T-shirt and leggings, Queen Bey demonstrates squats, sit-ups, and punches with Survivor's "Eye of the Tiger" playing as the backsound. She wrote in the caption, "Celebrating the 5th anniversary of Let's Move! #GimmeFive @michelleobama."
Michelle Obama re-posted the video with a caption, "Double tap if you're ready to work out with @Beyonce! #GimmeFive of your workout drills (or you'll disappoint the Beygency)."
Beyonce is not the only celebrity who answered the First Lady's challenge. Ryan Seacrest tweeted along with a video, "Hey @FLOTUS, I see your #GimmeFive challenge and pass it on to @NickJonas! #LetsMove."
