The trio comprising of Pharrell Williams, Chad Hugo and Shay Haley also debuts two other songs called 'Patrick Star' and 'Sandy Squirrel' from the new 'SpongeBob' movie's soundtrack.

AceShowbiz - N.E.R.D goes under the sea in the music video of "Squeeze Me", a song they've recorded for the upcoming "The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water" movie. Pharrell Williams, Chad Hugo and Shay Haley all transform into animated characters as they join the folks of Bikini Bottom.

Between scenes of the trio singing in front of Krusty Krab while surrounded by Krabby Patties, viewers get to enjoy some scenes of SpongeBob, Patrick, Squidward and Mr. Krabs walking around the town in their superhero costumes.

"Squeeze Me" is N.E.R.D's first new song since 2010, when their latest album "Nothing" arrived. "We're trying not to think too much in a cartoon sense," Hugo said of the song in a recent interview with Variety. "But more just like a psychedelic, otherworldy type of thing. If you want to draw a parallel, maybe think of what The Beatles did with 'Yellow Submarine'."

In addition to the track, N.E.R.D has recorded "Patrick Star" and "Sandy Squirrel" for the soundtrack of the new "SpongeBob" film which opens in U.S. theaters on February 6.
