The actress who plays Julianne Moore's daughter in 'Still Alice' expresses her desire to take part in a superhero movie and mentions 'Captain America'.

AceShowbiz - Kristen Stewart is interested in taking part in superhero movies. In a new interview with Yahoo! Movies published over the weekend, the actress who most recently played Julianne Moore's daughter in Alzheimer's drama "Still Alice" expressed her desire to take part in the next installment of "Captain America" movie franchise, "Captain America: Civil War".

"I love watching those movies," she said of Marvel and DC movies. "I would love to show people that I can do more than just be 'Kristen Stewart' in a different movie, in a different circumstance. I'm sure I could get on board with 'Captain America', you know what I mean? ... It would just have to be the right thing."

Stewart is not the only actor who recently shared her desire to be in superhero movies. In a chat with MTV U.K., Kit Harington said he wanted to play a more cheerful version of Batman. "I'd love to play a superhero. I would love to play Batman," the "Game of Thrones" star revealed, before adding, "I'd camp him up again. He's gone way too dark and serious. I'd like proper spandex. Superhero movies got all too serious - they need to get silly again."

Jennifer Lopez is also excited with the possibility of her appearing in a superhero movie. "That would be awesome," she told E! Online when promoting her new film "The Boy Next Door", out in U.S. theaters on January 23. She playfully gave a shout out to the president of Warner Bros, the studio behind "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice". "Greg Silverman - I need to play a superhero!" she said in the interview which took place earlier this month.
