"When filming the wedding episodes actually, there were a couple of amazing comedians that come in," the actor continues. "Ken Jeong and Jennifer Coolidge play Brittany's parents in the show and watching the two of them work is like gold. It's like a comedic masterclass. The way they come up with new lines on the spot and make each other laugh constantly. It's just gold."
He goes on teasing about the new season, "We're definitely the comic relief right off the bat. We have a tip of the hat to Brittany, just nice, light and carefree. Until we get into a little more of some storyline stuff later on."
The 13-episode final season of "Glee" will debut with a two-hour premiere on Friday, January 9 at 8 P.M. on FOX. Noah Guthrie, Marshall Williams, Samantha Ware and Laura Dreyfuss also join the cast to play new McKinley High students.
