AceShowbiz - Dustin Diamond was charged with stabbing a man during a bar fight in Wisconsin on Friday, December 26. The 37-year-old actor is facing charges of felony second-degree recklessly endangering safety, disorderly conduct and carrying a concealed weapon.
Dustin appeared in Ozaukee County court on Friday afternoon, where bail was set at $10,000. His fiancee Amanda Schutz was also charged with disorderly conduct. His next court hearing is set for December 29. The "Saved by the Bell" star's agent refused to comment on the issue and no lawyer was listed in court records.
According to the criminal complaint, Dustin and his fiancee went out to several bars in Port Washington on Thursday night and got into a fight with two men and another woman at the Grand Avenue Saloon. When police caught up with the actor, he said he had a "pen" in his hand when grabbing one of the two men in the bar.
Police discovered a switchblade which appeared to be covered by blood in Dustin's car. He then admitted that he accidentally stabbed the man while defending his fiancee. The man was stabbed under the armpit and was not seriously injured, police said.
