The 'Real Housewives' star's camp shoots down report that her New Jersey mansion was recently raided by federal agents with the intent of seizing their property.

AceShowbiz - There's no raid drama at the Giudices' house as reported by several gossip sites. A rep for Teresa Giudice has denied the rumor that the Bravo reality TV star and her husband Joe's New Jersey mansion was raided by federal agents earlier this week with the intent of seizing property to help pay the couple's outstanding restitution in their fraud case. "There is no truth to this rumor. It is 100 percent fabricated," the rep said.

Matt Reilly, spokesperson for the U.S. Attorney's Office in the District of New Jersey, also denied the story. He told The Huffington Post, "We didn't undertake any action like that. There seems to be a lot of specific detail in [the articles]. If there was going to be something like that, our office would be involved. It just didn't happen." He added that the office's working with the couple to schedule repayment.

Previously, AllAboutTheTea.com claimed that probation officers, interns and county sheriff's deputies raided the Giudices' house at Towaco on Monday morning, taking cash and jewelry because the couple failed to set up a plan for restitution payments. Radar Online further said that officials seized "plasma televisions, expensive jewelry, cash, and even the kids' Christmas presents" in the alleged raid.

The couple was recently also hit with divorce rumor, but a source told PEOPLE, "There's no truth to the rumors. It's not happening. They're not getting divorced." Another insider said, "She and Joe are okay. They have a really loving marriage and have been together a long time. She's known him for her entire life, and he's been a part of her family circle since she was a young child."

Teresa and Joe were sentenced to prison in October after pleading guilty to fraud charges. Teresa will begin her 15-month term on January 5 while Joe will serve his 41-month sentence after she is released. They were also ordered to pay $414,588 in restitution. Teresa paid $200,000 to the federal government in October, while Joe has not paid his portion.
