The former Disney star is saying goodbye to Hollywood Records after putting out her greatest album 'For You' on November 24.

AceShowbiz - After spending months focusing on her acting career and making headlines for her on-again, off-again relationship with Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez is coming back with a new album. The LP titled "For You" will be her last project with Hollywood Records, the record label under which her previous records arrived.

The album will feature Gomez's biggest hits including the tracks she recorded as a member of Selena Gomez & the Scene. There will also be two original songs called "The Heart Wants What It Wants" and "Do It" that the 22-year-old star co-wrote.

The former, which everyone believes is about Bieber, was released earlier this month along with its accompanying music video that sees Gomez looking vulnerable as she's breaking down in tears in one scene and cozying up to a man in another. Gomez has said that she recorded the track and shot its visuals months ago.

"I had written the song over a year ago and then I shopped the video at the beginning of the year and I feel like if I had released it then, I'm not quite sure I would've been in the mindset that I'm in now because it is such a personal thing to me. But it almost felt important that the timing was everything," she explained the delay in a new interview with 98.7 AMP Radio.

"For You" is coming out on Monday, November 24. "I love my music so much and that's the idea of this album... kind of collecting the past four years and my favorite songs that I've been able to do from when I was 15 to now being 22," she said of why she wanted the follow-up to last year's "Stars Dance" to be a greatest hits collection.

Gomez's career in music won't end after she leaves Hollywood Records. In fact, she's now signed to Interscope and she's already planned a new full-length. "It's exciting for me to start off with something like 'The Heart' and then start leading into writing about all the other things that are going on in my life and have gone on in the past year or so. Even if it's things that people may not necessarily know about. So I'm excited to kind of put more of my heart and soul into the next chapter of music," she added.
