Daniele Watts and her beau Brian James Lucas could face six months in prison if convicted of having sex in their car.

AceShowbiz - Daniele Watts said she did nothing wrong when she was arrested for alleged indecent exposure in Los Angeles last month, but police disagreed. The "Django Unchained" actress and her beau are now charged with lewd conduct due to the incident.
Watts previously insisted she and her beau Brian James Lucas just showed affection "fully clothed, in a public place." The couple accused the cops of being racist and claimed that she was mistaken for prostitute due to her skin color.
However, witnesses gave different account of the incident and testified that Watts and Lucas were doing more than kissing. They said the couple was having sex with their car door open in broad daylight outside the CBS studios in Studio City. Some of the witnesses reportedly had photos as evidence.
If convicted, Watts and Lucas face up to six months in jail.
