Hillary Schwartz becomes the latest crew member of the Gregg Allman biopic who faces manslaughter and criminal trespass charges in the death of Sarah Jones.

AceShowbiz - Another individual is charged with involuntary manslaughter and criminal trespass in the death of "Midnight Rider" camera assistant Sarah Jones. First assistant director Hillary Schwartz is set to be arraigned on Tuesday morning, September 30 at the Wayne County courthouse.

Schwartz is the fourth person facing criminal charges in the February 20 fatal accident. Similar charges were already filed against director Randall Miller and producers Jody Savin as well as Jay Sedrish. All three of them pled not guilty.

Miller and his wife Savin said, "In the weeks and months that follow when the true facts of the events are revealed, people will know that this was not a crime: we never had criminal intent; we would never knowingly or intentionally put anybody's safety at risk. This was a horrible tragedy and a horrific accident."

Jones was killed and several others were injured by a moving train that came barreling through them while they were installing equipment on active railroad tracks along a trestle over the Altamaha River in Wayne County, Georgia.

The Gregg Allman biopic is now in limbo. Actor William Hurt, who was initially attached to portray The Allman Brothers Band member, left the project. He was on set and reportedly had raised concerns over the safety of the crew, but was ignored, before the accident happened.
