AceShowbiz - Justin Bieber and Cody Simpson hang out together and play new music in a newly-shared YouTube video. A short YouTube clip recently surfaced showing the duo singing a new track, presumably from their upcoming joint album.
In the 30-second video taken during a rehearsal earlier this week, Bieber and his Australian singer pal Simpson are seen sitting in a living room. They perform the slow-tempo jam while playing their respective acoustic guitars.
Simpson confirmed he'd been working on a collaborative album with Bieber during an interview with Sydney Daily Telegraph earlier this month. "It is a smack bang duets [album]," he told the newspaper.
He added, "Justin has been a good mate of mine for a while. It's just us writing. He told me he felt like I'd figured myself out and have grown into what he knows I will be, so he was like, 'I see you as that guitarist, singer-songwriter you've always wanted to be.' I play all the guitars on the album."
The project is currently untitled and scheduled to be released in November. Bieber appeared to tease the album in a Twitter post he shared recently. "Less than 8 weeks :)," he said.
