The 'Two and Half Men' star has been linked romantically to screenwriter Lorene Scafaria after the two were spotted spending Christmas together in Italy.

AceShowbiz - Contrary to the swirling rumors, Ashton Kutcher is nothing but just friends with Lorene Scafaria. Words ran rampant recently that the "New Year's Eve" actor has moved on from Demi Moore with the screenwriter, whom online reports claim bears a resemblance to his estranged wife, but his representative was quick to shoot down the speculations.
In a response to the dating rumors, Kutcher's rep told Gossip Cop, "They are not dating. They're friends." Also pouring cold water to the buzz was a source close to Kutcher, who claimed that the 33-year-old actor actually went to Italy with Scafaria to work together on a film project involving an Italian soccer team.
Rumors of Kutcher dating Scafaria emerged after the two were spotted spending Christmas together in Italy. Us Weekly reported that the two were seen tooling around "in a Porsche Carrera Sports 2011", holing up at a private pad, and holding hands while enjoying romantic lunch at Pizzeria Trattoria Toscana in Pisa on Christmas Eve.
A source, meanwhile, suggested that the "Two and a Half Men" star actually has been seeing the "Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist" writer since the two met in February. "Ashton started seeing her while each was in a relationship," so it was claimed. The pair were also seen together on December 9 and 10 at Yellowstone Club ski resort in Montana.
As for the Italian trip, Kutcher himself has shared to his Twitter followers a photo of him and Scafaria as they are joined by his Katalyst business partner, Matt Mazzant. Along with the picture, the "No Strings Attached" actor wrote, "Roman holiday with homies. @mazzant @LoreneScafaria Have an amazing new year!!! "
