Police confirm that the Brick Squad Monopoly rapper has been fatally shot in the chest at a recording studio following an argument with another individual.

AceShowbiz - Another rapper has lost his life because of a gun violence. Slim Dunkin, a 24-year-old MC who was featured heavily on Waka Flocka Flame's mixtapes, was pronounced dead at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia on Friday, December 16 after being gunned down at a recording studio.

Maj. Keith Meadows of the Atlanta Police Department confirmed to The Associated Press that the Brick Squad Monopoly rapper was fatally shot in the chest at around 5:30 P.M. after he got involved in a verbal altercation with another individual. "It appears the victim was scheduled to do a photo shoot," he first stated.

Meadows continued on to dish, "Before the video shoot took place, it appears the victim and suspect got involved in a verbal altercation. We don't know what that altercation was about." he added, "The suspect produced a weapon, discharged that handgun one time, striking the victim in the chest."

Police are still trying to identify the shooter and have not recovered the smoking handgun. According to Meadows, there were 13 to 20 people in the small office-type building at the time of the shooting, but they were in different places. He said, "We've questioned a number of witnesses inside the recording studio at this time."

"Right now we're just trying to...identify who may have seen what, really just trying to put the pieces of the puzzle together," Meadows further stated. "It seems everybody witnessed something very different. We're just trying to go back and make sense of everything."

Brick Squad Monopoly member Wooh Da Kid has taken to Twitter to send condolence. "RIP TO MY N***A DUNK," he wrote. "Racks" producer Sonny Digital also tweeted his grief, "The first n***a to really f**k wid a n***a b4 i was s**t. #salute to my n***a dunk! RIP SLIM DUNKIN."
