He agreed to do the only first TV interview after his Chuck Lorre rant for ABC before changing his mind and gave another interview for the Peacock.

AceShowbiz - Charlie Sheen has not only confused people with his behavior but also the networks for his rash decisions. The troubled actor promised ABC "the only sit-down television interview" on Saturday, February 26 but he changed his mind and talked more for NBC the next day. Ironically, ABC only scheduled to air it on Tuesday, while NBC is taking a shortcut to air it a day earlier.
"Charlie Sheen assured us that we would be the only sit-down television interview this weekend, but he changed his mind," an ABC News spokesperson told The Hollywood Reporter, adding, "He gave us the first interview, which was extensive and included tremendous access to his home, family and personal life."
In the ABC interview which is part of "20/20" at 10 P.M., Sheen talked to correspondent Amanda Canning while in NBC interview for "Today", he talked to NBC News' Jeff Rossen. Although losing the head, ABC will not change its schedule because it would air a portion of it on Monday's "Good Morning America".
ABC said in its announcement that Sheen's "first" interview after his nasty remarks about "Two and a Half Men" creator was "apoplectic". Meanwhile, NBC captured the raw and honest comments from the actor. According to Gossip Cop, Sheen told Rossen, "Rock bottom is for fools" and "I don't beg for work. People will be begging me to work."
