Admitting she doesn't want to date an actor, Selena Gomez is looking for "someone honest, someone who's very sweet" to her family and friends to be her boyfriend.

AceShowbiz - Despite rumors of her romancing Taylor Lautner, Selena Gomez says she won't date an actor. Instead she wants to fall in love with "someone honest, someone who's very sweet" to her family and friends, and "polite to the other people around" her. Speaking to Teen Vogue's June issue about her love life, the Disney sensation says, "I used to say that I wanted someone cute and nice, an actor too, so he'd get it. But now I think it would be good for me to date someone who's not in the business," concluding, "I want someone who is crazy about me, who treats me like a princess."
Selena, moreover, reveals that whenever she faces tough times in a relationship, she usually counts on best female friends Taylor Swift and Demi Lovato. "We talk every single day ... she's helped me through some really hard times," she says of country music star Taylor. "The thing I can't stand about that girl is that she doesn't even need to dress up and she still looks pretty."
And when it comes to her close bond with Demi, Selena reveals, "Demi and I have always been there to support each other. I've probably listened to 100 of her songs, and she came to every single taping of my show the first season. We're both surrounded by adults 24/7, and we have to act professional, but when we're together we can just be sixteen - we watch movies and talk about boys and do each other's hair and makeup. We both go through a lot, so it's nice to know that no matter what, I'll always have her."
