AceShowbiz - Taylor Swift is among the nominees of Album of the Year at the 44th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards. Announced on Thursday morning, March 5 in Nashville, it was revealed that her second studio album "Fearless" will be up against Jamey Johnson's "That Lonesome Song", Montgomery Gentry's "Back When I Knew It All", George Strait's "Troubadour" and Carrie Underwood's "Carnival Ride".
The rest of the 2009 ACM nominees have been unveiled earlier on February 11. The announcement of Album of the Year nominations was delayed due to "a revision in the qualifications". Taylor Swift, Toby Keith, Rascal Flatts, Sugarland, Miranda Lambert, Heidi Newfield and Tim McGraw are all scheduled to sing at the annual event. As for presenters and the other performers, announcement is expected to be made soon.
