Not disclosing on how he'll celebrate his 21st birthday, Zac simply told Entertainment Tonight, "I'm sure I'll have fun, but we're not going to go big."

AceShowbiz - Turning 21 years old Saturday, October 18, Zac Efron told Entertainment Tonight at the premiere of "High School Musical 3: Senior Year" in L.A. Thursday, October 16, he's playing it low key. "I'm not going Vegas or anything like that," he was quoted as saying, adding, "I'm sure I'll have fun, but we're not going to go big."

Zac, however, didn't give details on how he'll mark the day. Rumors has it, he will host a low-key dinner at an undisclosed spot in Los Angeles for family and a few friends to attend.

Actor Thomas Lewis, Zac's best friend and co-star in the upcoming flick "Seventeen Again," revealed "I can't really say much. But it's going to be just a really close dinner with close friends and family at a pretty cool place that I've never been to."

Meanwhile, Zac's actress girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens also played it coy about the gift she got the actor, telling Entertainment Tonight, "It's a surprise. But a good one!"

Zac and Vanessa were joined by fellow "HSM 3" cast Ashley Tisdale and Corbin Bleu among others for the film premiere. "High School Musical 3: Senior Year" itself will be opened nationwide next Friday, October 24.
