Speculations that Foxboro Hot Tubs is Green Day's side project is slightly bumped with the appearance of the mysterious band members' photos on their MySpace page.

AceShowbiz - Hot on the heels of Foxboro Hot Tubs (FHT) mystery, MTV.com has done some research to relate Green Day (GD) to the unknown new band. Clues are indeed quite strong to prove that FHT is another side project by GD.

The big twist is, FHT's MySpace page has put on the photos of the band members, which most definitely are not the pictures of GD's members. Based on the photos there are two members of the band, each wearing shirts with the band's name on it.

Apart from noticing that FHT's song 'Ruby Room' is quite identical to GD's 'Hitchin' a Ride', MTV also pointed out that the opening riffs to FTH's 'She's a Saint, Not a Celebrity' is a resemblance to 'Right Hand-a-Rama', a track by The Network, a band that has been proven to be GD's other project.

The official fansite of GD also linked its November 9 post to FHT's MySpace page while the back cover of FTH's single 'Stop Drop and Roll' features a goat-head-and-martini-glass logo that is exactly a match to 'Church of Lushotology' symbol available on The Network's site, under "Church" section.

When contacted, a spokesman for GD's label, Reprise Records revealed that he knew none of the matter while the band's manager has not returned the e-mails sent by MTV.

FHT single 'Stop Drop Roll' can be found on their official site.
