Lil Uzi Vert

Lil Uzi Vert is probably not the best lyricist among peers in the hip-hop industry, but the star has an excellent ear for melodies and simple lines that get stuck in your head all day. Because of that, he has more than three Platinum plaques under his belt and die-hard fans that can't stop admiring him and his music.

It can be proven by how much love his latest single, "Futsal Shuffle 2020", has gotten. Released on December 13, the song debuted at No. 5 on Billboard Hot 100, overtaking "XO Tour Llif3" as his highest charting solo song on the chart. It additionally arrived at No. 2 on both Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs and Rolling Stone Top 100 charts, while it peaked at No. 8 in Canada.

Even music critics had nothing but positive comments about the song. XXL described it as an "upbeat banger" with a production "that incorporates EDM synths over a bass-heavy loop," while Pitchfork dubbed it the "perfect song to begin the path toward 'Eternal Atake', all facets of Uzi's personality are mashed into this one release."

"Futsal Shuffle 2020" is going to be included on Uzi's highly-anticipated album "Eternal Atake". The project has long been awaited by fans due to a few delays it suffered. Moreover, given how highly acclaimed his previous release was, it just makes a lot of people more eager to listen to what the rapper has in store for them. For your information, Uzi's "Luv Is Rage 2" debuted at No. 1 on Billboard 200 and made it to several lists of Best Albums of 2017.

He previously addressed the delay of "Eternal Atake" in a tweet that read, "Only Family Stays so if you stayed I'm Thankful For U … We Gonna Party so Hard in No Time #EA I LOVE YOU I SWEAR TIMES JUST BEEN CRAZY IM OKAY NOW."

It's still unclear when "Eternal Atake" will make its way out.
