Celine Dion is truly one who is blessed with talent. Discovering her skill in singing at such a young age, the Canadian star continued to polish it until she has now earned the diva status, with critics praising her intensity and virtuosity of her voice. Obviously, the star didn't receive the status with just her singing alone, as her songs are just as good as her vocals.

In fact, Celine has bagged several Grammy awards throughout her career, including the biggest honors Album of the Year as well as Record of Year. Music publication Billboard even named her the Queen of Adult Contemporary for having the most chart-topping songs for a female artist, as she has also been named the second best-selling female artist in the U.S. with a number of her albums selling more than 6 million copies.

Recently, the "My Heart Will Go On" singer released her twelfth English studio album "Courage", and as one would have expected, public's reaction to the record was good. It debuted atop Billboard 200, earning her first U.S. No. 1 album in 17 years after her 2002 album "A New Day Has Come". It also marked her fifth No. 1 album in the country. Meanwhile, in Canada, it became her 15th No. 1 album.

Not only doing well in music charts, but Celine also proved that "Courage" was worth listening to since it received a generally favorable reviews from music critics. Mike Wass from Idolator deemed the album "truly remarkable" over its production, while Nick Smith of MusicOMH noted that "Courage" marked the singing diva's "impressive return," due to its coherent themes.

Celine is currently on the road to promote the album, and she is surely giving it her all during the trek. After all, Celine is known for her stunning live performance, which is also one of the reasons why her Las Vegas residency was a huge success. In 2018, her self-titled residency was named the second most successful residency of all time.

Born on March 30, 1968 in Canada as the youngest of 14 children, Celine Dion grew up in a close-knit musical family, with her parents forming a singing group and opening a piano bar.
