Bluebird (Laia Costa) is a married woman from Spain who encounters a younger American hiker, Lake (Thomas Mann), while thru-hiking the Appalachian Trail. Amidst the anonymous setting of the nature trail, the two strangers begin revealing themselves to one another over a series of emotionally charged days and nights.
