In the post- Hurricane Katrina mayhem, life is tough for the inhabitants of New Orleans. The same goes for, KATRINA, a young single mother who is forced to work as a call girl. Katrina encounters NICOLE, an undercover agent (who poses to be a journalist) investigating the NOPD.
