Bea "Bea" de la Torre (Salma Hayek Pinault) is at a retreat for well-to-do spiritual enlightenment seekers. The retreat is hosted by her old college friend Katie Stanton (Connie Britton) and her husband Grant (David Warshofsky). During dinner the group engages in a heated discussion on politics and social issues. Bea challenges Grant's views on the economy and his defense of the homeless man outside the restaurant.
