According to Cappie, CRU is on "the threshold of an invasion by a vast and powerful army" of ... parents. Yep, it's Freshman Parents Weekend, and the Kappa Taus are holding a barbecue for the parental hordes. As usual, the pledges have to do the work. But are the pledges going to bother putting on a nice show for their folks? Rusty hopes so, because he hasn't exactly been upfront about what kind of frat he's joined. The Cartwrights think their perfect little son is in a "service fraternity."

Casey isn't thrilled about the weekend either. The Cartwright parents are more than a little Greek-o-phobic, and they still haven't stopped getting on Casey's case about her involvement with ZBZ. So she has to put up with her mom's snarkiness while trying to prepare the Zeta Beta house for Rebecca's big senator father, another guest for Parents Weekend.

By some miracle, Rusty manages to get his frat cleaned up before his parents stop by for the barbecue, and the Cartwright parents leave, still convinced that their good little son is in a service frat. But Casey, who's been pushed to the brink after a day full of "why can't you be more like your brother" talk from mom, ambushes Rusty by bringing their parents back for the barbecue's basement after-party, which is clearly not service-related. There they get to see their son serving drinks ... in a dress.

And while these parent problems are tearing apart the Cartwright clan, Rebecca and Cappie have issues of her own. It seems Rebecca isn't ready to show her new beau off to her VIP father, and it gets Cappie to wondering. But, just as he decides to let her off the hook, she decides that she wants to show him off ... and make him look like a complete loser, just to get back at daddy. The Capster is not amused.

But somehow, the next day, everybody manages to work thing out. Casey goes to bat for Rusty and talks their parents out of pulling him out of the frat, while an unusually intense Rusty talks them into laying off Casey. Rebecca and Cappie make up when Rebecca apologizes for using Cappie. Turns out her dad's screwing around on her mom -- again -- and it just brought out the worst in her. And so, everyone manages to survive long enough to get their parents back on the planes and out of their grills. Phew!
