When Bobby (Lil Rel Howery) and Nekeisha (Tiffany Haddish) are evicted because they can't afford rising rents, the Carmichaels talk gentrification. Jerrod (Jerrod Carmichael) thinks gentrification improves neighborhoods, while Bobby feels he's a victim, squeezed out of a once affordable neighborhood to make room for spin studios and small-batch ice creameries. Jerrod applies some tough love, hoping to motivate Bobby to get a job and his own place.
