AceShowbiz - Ben Affleck has stepped out for the first time since he was hit with plastic surgery rumors. After sparking speculations suggesting that he went under the knife to defy his age, the "Argo" actor looked happy in a new sighting.
In pictures making their rounds online on Wednesday, May 8, it could be seen that the 51-year-old actor was out and about in Los Angeles. He was spotted having fun with his son Samuel, whom he shares with actress Jennifer Garner, one day prior.
Ben and Samuel were caught on camera walking close next to each other as they appeared to be having a nice conversation. Ben was carrying a poster while his 12-year-old son was holding a basketball. The father and son duo looked in good spirits throughout the sunny day out with the actor flashing his smile.
For the stroll, Ben opted to wear a long-sleeved green shirt and a pair of long black pants. The actor, who looked fresh with his clean-shaved face, completed the look with a pair of black-and-white sneakers, which featured black laces.
As for Samuel, the young boy went with an iconic yellow Los Angeles Lakers jersey. The sleeveless sporty top, which he tucked in his pants, came with purple "JUNIOR LAKERS" graphics and the "8" number on its front side.
Ben appeared confident with his look during the Tuesday outing despite being hit with plastic surgery rumors. He sparked speculation suggesting that he underwent procedures after looking much younger than his actual age during his appearance on Netflix's live special "The Greatest Roast of All Time: Tom Brady" on Sunday, May 5.
In the wake of the rumors, an insider spilled to Daily Mail, "Ben looks great. He had Botox - everyone gets it before events. He has not had filler and definitely no surgery." The insider added, "[Jennifer Lopez] would not be keen on him changing his handsome face, nor would he want to. Ben is confident in his skin. He just wanted it tighter."
Later on, it was said that Ben's singer wife pushed him to get "fillers and Botox" ahead of his appearance on the live special. A source told In Touch, "He's furious because he's getting slammed for fillers and Botox that Jen pushed him to get."
