The 'American Horror Story: Delicate' star does not think twice to hit back at an online troll, who said that she looked 'coked up' during an interview at the annual fundraising event.

AceShowbiz - Cara Delevingne did not hesitate to fire back at trolls following their unpleasant remarks about her. The "American Horror Story: Delicate" star shut down a claim suggesting that she looked "coked up" during an interview at the 2024 Met Gala.

On Monday, May 6, the actress made an appearance at the annual fundraising event, which took place at The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City. When hitting the red carpet at the gala, she stopped by to answer several questions from interviewers.

During one of her interviews, Cara received a question seemingly about her stunning look at the star-studded event. Before she could answer the question, singer Ed Sheeran and fashion designer Stella McCartney approached her.

Cara appeared surprised from her facial expression as she stated, "Mom! Dad!" Interfering the chat, Ed spoke in front of the microphone and gushed over Stella being "the best" fashion designer.

The rare moment was documented in a video and was later shared via Instagram. It did not take long for the post to be flooded with mixed responses, including an unpleasant one that read, "They're saving her from ruining the interview because she's so coked up they had to intervene [a smiling face with tears of joy emoji."

Similarly, another chimed in, "She's not sober. the way she even stroked the interviewers wrist. She's nowhere near sober." Meanwhile, a third assumed, "What I see is that she's going through a tough time with anxiety. On top of that, she has a lot on her plate, with her theater commitments, being a public figure, dealing with issues at her home in Los Angeles, managing her personal life, and trying to stay away from any addictions. In short, her life is complicated, and the negative comments on social media aren't helping at all."
