A few months after the birth of their first child, the former 'Bachelor' star and his fiancee reveal the challenges that they faced to get intimate with each other.

AceShowbiz - Nick Viall and Natalie Joy have opened up about their sex life following the birth of their first child. On "The Viall Files" podcast, the former star of "The Bachelor" and his fiancee admitted that they found it "hard" to get intimate with each other again after welcoming their baby.
In the Thursday, April 18 episode of the podcast, the 43-year-old former reality TV star and the 25-year-old surgical technologist went into detail about their postpartum sex. She was the first one to reveal, "We never talked about this but having sex after having a baby, it's going to be a challenge."
In response, Nick agreed by saying, "It is just logistically hard." On the reason why, he explained, "Because you have this little baby and it's an angel there's that. And she's like obviously always by our side you know."
Nick went on to recall, "Apart from that, we had Natalie's mom [in our house]. The best we could have done would have been like, 'Here we're going to go into the bedroom.' That feels odd, you know. And so we haven't got that comfortable with her mom yet." He further noted, "The spirit is there," before adding, "But it's like we haven't quite cracked that code."
The revelation came around two months after Nick and Natalie welcomed their child. On February 5, the engaged couple made use of Instagram to announce the exciting news. In a joint post, they wrote a caption that read, "River Rose Viall 2-2-2024. Named after Natalies great grandmother and niece...the best part of life starts now [swan, bird, cloud and heart emojis]."
In the same post, the two released a series of pictures highlighting their then-newborn daughter. The new parents didn't try to keep the baby's face under tight wraps by revealing it to Instagram users. One of the snaps captured him building a close connection with his daughter, who was comfortably sleeping on his bare chest.
Natalie got a bun in the oven a few years after she started a romantic relationship with Nick. The couple, who has an 18-year-old gap, began their love journey after she slid into his Instagram Direct Message back in 2020. The two got engaged in January 2023 after dating for three years.
