The former TV personality's legal guardian Sabrina Morrissey claims in new court documents that Kevin was 'unjustly enriched' by the star's bank account.

AceShowbiz - Wendy Williams' legal guardian Sabrina Morrissey filed court papers against the star's ex-husband Kevin Hunter. Sabrina demanded Kevin to return $112,500 to Wendy, claiming that he was "overpaid" in their divorce agreement.

Sabrina alleged in the court documents, obtained by The Sun, that Kevin was "overpaid" for three months. She also claimed that he was "unjustly enriched" by the former "The Wendy Williams Show" host's bank account.

Wendy's guardian alleged that the now-canceled daytime talk show ceased paying the former host in October 2021. However, Kevin continued receiving payments until January 2022 and he did confirm it in his motion papers. "I believe this was largely the result of the fact that the payments had been put on an 'autopay' function within her account," Sabrina stated.

According to Sabrina, payments go "against the express terms" of their settlement agreement, which stated that Hunter's payments would cease if his ex-wife's income reduced to "less than 2 times her then yearly income (as of Feb. 1, 2020)." She added, "By holding on to the funds he was overpaid, he has interfered with [Williams'] right of possessions to those funds."

Sabrina also wanted Kevin to pay back the interest and requested the court issue a gag order against him to prevent him from speaking to "press or others." She demanded, "I request that the Court increase the protection of this case and issue a 'gag order' thereby instructing Mr. Hunter not to speak to the press or others, except for legal advisors, about these matters and to instruct anyone with whom he has previously discussed these matters that they should not communicate about these matters with anyone else."

Wendy's legal guardian further stated, "The potential harm to [Williams] is great. Mr. Hunter and his agents have shown their willingness to talk to the press about these issues."

The new filling came after Kevin asked the court to intervene as the payments, which were agreed to in his and Wendy's Marital Settlement Agreement, was suddenly halted just before she was placed under guardianship in 2022. He demanded the payments to resume.
