AceShowbiz - Kanye West and his wife Bianca Censori enjoyed a Disneyland date but not without controversy. Fans noticed that the Yeezy architectural designer was able to enter the theme park despite breaking its strict dress code rules, prompting complaints online.
On Tuesday, April 16, Ye and Bianca were spotted spending some time at the happiest place in the world in Anaheim, California. For the outing, the "Vultures" rapper uncharacteristically forwent his usual all-black get-up and donned a white hoodie that he paired with matching sweatpants. The spitter completed his look with white shoes and black futuristic shades.
As for Bianca, the Australian native opted for a rather modest outfit for the date. The 29-year-old wore a beige bodysuit and tan piece of cloth that laid on top of it. However, it was her feet that raised people's eyebrows.
In pictures circulating online, Bianca could be seen strolling the park by going barefoot. Instead, she partially wrapped up her bare feet and ankles with bandages.
Internet users quickly pointed out that Bianca's outfit was against Disneyland's official rules that prohibit guests from wearing "inappropriate" clothing. "Proper attire, including shoes and shirts, must be worn at all times," Disneyland's Guest Courtesy and Attire Policies stated. It's also stated that Disneyland "reserves the right to deny admission to or remove any person wearing attire" that the company considers inappropriate.
Blasting Disneyland for ignoring the blatant violation, one person wrote, "Why didn't Disney refuse entry? She is not suitably attired for a family environment." Another recalled, "I got told off by a member of staff in Disneyworld Florida for walking barefoot in a rainstorm (trying to save my leather sandals). One rule for some…."
"Why is [Bianca] allowed in there with no shoes? I think others should take their shoes off today and see how many get escorted out," someone else added. One other questioned, "I've seen articles of girls getting escorted out because their shorts were too short or they were wearing a tank top. Why aren't people confronting these two and making their own stand?"
Despite going barefoot, Bianca appeared to have the best time of her life as she was pictured laughing during the Disneyland outing with her musician rapper. Disneyland, meanwhile, has yet to comment on the backlash.
