In a statement issued to public, the Japanese embassy in Washington assures that the 'Look What You Made Me Do' songstress can make it in time to support her boyfriend Travis Kelce in Las Vegas despite her show in Tokyo the night before.

AceShowbiz - The fanfare regarding Taylor Swift's possible appearance at the Super Bowl LVIII has caught the attention of Japanese embassy. Fans have been worried about whether or not the pop superstar will make it in time to attend the game in support of her boyfriend Travis Kelce, considering she has a show in Japan the night before.

Now, Japanese officials have addressed the matter in a cheeky statement using several puns with Taylor's song titles. In a statement issued through its social media page on Friday, February 2, the embassy in Washington, D.C. assured that the singer/songwriter would be able to attend the big game in Las Vegas if she catches a flight right after her concert.

"The Embassy of Japan in the United States is aware of recent media reports concerning the steps Taylor Swift will need to take to travel from Tokyo after her concert on February 10th to Las Vegas in time to watch the Kansas City Chiefs play in Super Bowl LVIII," authorities said in the statement.

They continued, "Despite the 12-hour flight and 17-hour time difference, the Embassy can confidently Speak Now to say that if she departs Tokyo in the evening after her concert, she should comfortably arrive in Las Vegas before the Super Bowl begins."

"We know that many people in Japan are excited to experience Taylor Swift's Eras Tour," the embassy added, "so we wanted to confirm that anyone concerned can be Fearless in knowing that this talented performer can wow Japanese audiences and still make it to Las Vegas to support the Chiefs when they take the field for the Super Bowl wearing Red."

Taylor is expected to attend Super Bowl in support of her beau Travis after the Chiefs booked a ticket to the NFL's final showdown. The Chiefs is set to face the San Francisco 49ers on February 11 for a chance at the Lombardi Trophy and the Grammy winner is reportedly willing to take "a brutal flight" to make it in time for the big game. "It's a brutal flight," a source told Page Six of the 13-hour trek, "but she'll get on her plane right after the concert."
