AceShowbiz - Congratulations are in order for Josh Duhamel and Audra Mari. The "Transformers: The Last Knight" actor and his model wife finally announced that they have welcomed their first child together a few days after the baby's arrival and treated social media users to photos of the newborn.
On Tuesday, January 16, the 51-year-old actor and his 30-year-old wife made use of their Instagram accounts to share a black-and-white picture featuring their first child together while still keeping the infant's face away from the public. The two parents chose to only expose the bundle of joy's adorable feet, legs and little fingers in a joint post.
Along with the snap, Josh and Audra revealed the baby's name and birth date in the caption of the post. The wedded couple wrote, "Shepherd Lawrence Duhamel 1/11/24." Near the end of it, they let out a white heart emoji.
Audra went on to upload more photos featuring her and Josh's baby Shepherd. She released another black-and-white picture, which highlighted Shepherd's hand. In the snap, the infant appeared to have been wrapped in a thick knitted jacket that came with a number of wooden buttons. Over the photo, she simply penned, "He's here," while tagging her husband's Instagram account.
Not stopping there, Audra also unveiled a colored picture of Shepherd despite still keeping the newborn's face under tight wraps. In the photo, it could be seen that Shepherd was lying on an ivory knitted bed sheet while wearing a matching baby onesie, which was made of similar material, and a pair of matching stylish socks that came with bows on them.
The happy news came a few months after Josh and Audra revealed that they were expecting their first child together. In September 2023, they announced in a joint post via Instagram, "Baby Duhamel coming soon."
Josh and Audra welcomed their first child months after their wedding. The two tied the knot in September 2022 after confirming their engagement in January that same year following two years of dating. Aside from Shepherd, he is a father to his 10-year-old son named Axl, whom he shares with his former wife Stacy Ferguson a.k.a. Fergie.
