The 'Born This Way' singer, who has not released new music in nearly two years, may have been working on a music project as she spends time in a recording studio.

AceShowbiz - Lady GaGa has left her devotees excited with the possibility of her releasing new music. The "Bad Romance" songstress appears to have hinted that she has a single or album coming soon with a never-before-seen studio photo.

On Tuesday, January 9, the 37-year-old Grammy-winning singer treated social media users to a selfie of herself. In the photo, which she uploaded via Instagram, it could be seen that she was at a recording studio. The room wherein she took the picture was filled with various recording equipment and several instruments, including piano as well as guitar.

In the snap, GaGa, who has not released new music in nearly two years, was striking a pose as she sported a cozy outfit. The casual get-up consisted of a white tee that came with colorful "Joker" graphics on its front side and a long-sleeved dark gray cardigan, which had sparkling embellishments all over it.

The "Born This Way" songstress was covering her eyes with a pair of black sunglasses and putting on a simple silver necklace as well as a pair of earrings to accessorize herself. Along with the selfie, she teased her fans in the caption of the post, "If anyone asks I'm at church."

The new post came shortly after GaGa let out other pictures from what appeared to be the same recording studio. On Monday, January 8, she released on the same social media platform a series of snaps capturing herself seemingly working on her music project. She was leaning one of her knees on a chair while wearing a pair of black headphones.

For this particular studio session, GaGa exposed her long legs by ditching her pants. She only donned a long-sleeved blue sweater with orange and brown stripes. To complete the look, she added a pair of black platform boots, which were high enough to nearly reach her knees.

GaGa was quickly bombarded with supportive online comments from her fans. In the comments section of the post, one of them exclaimed, "OH MOTHER IS COMING." Another penned, "I couldn't have asked for a better start to 2024 omg." A third quipped, "I'm gonna have a heart attack." Meanwhile, a fourth asked, "NEW MUSIC ??"
