The 'Girls Trip' actress takes to her Instagram account to respond to Katt's comments on her career as a comedian during his viral interview on Shannon Sharpe's show 'Club Shay Shay'.

AceShowbiz - Tiffany Haddish spoke out after Katt Williams took aim at her during his viral interview on Shannon Sharpe's YouTube show "Club Shay Shay". On Thursday, January 4, the "Girls Trip" actress took to her Instagram account to respond to Katt's comments on her career as a comedian.

"I am not mad I just wish he would get his facts right about me," Tiffany wrote in an Instagram comment. "Dang I guess I will send him a reminder text."

"The Lego Movie 2: The Second Part" star later appeared to compare the Emmy winner to Charleston White. "But are we sure that is Katt Williams? He looks a lot like Charleston White," she said.

Tiffany's response, however, backfired as it only earned her more backlash. "Now Tiffany, you are not funny enough for this so please have a seat," one Instagram user said. Similarly, someone else added, "Now Tiffany Girl you just proved his point with that comeback. He said that you're not funny."

"Tiffany u better chill because the way Katt roasted Wanda , I can only imagine what he will do to you," another user wrote. Someone, meanwhile, suggested that what Katt said in the interview were all true, saying, "Dam. All these responses to this WILD INTERVIEW- have been mild asf like they have to say SOMETHING but dont wanna say too much."

In his over-two-and-a-half-hour interview sit-down on the podcast, Katt said, "[Steve Harvey] and [Cedric the Entertainer] never performed at the comedy store. Tiffany [Haddish] was only seen at the Laugh Factory. In 15 years in Hollywood, no one in Hollywood has a memory of going to a sold-out Kevin Hart show. They think they can rewrite history."

In addition to Tiffany, Kevin also made use of his social media account to respond to Katt's remarks. On Thursday, January 4, the "Jumanji: The Next Level" wrote on X, previously known as Twitter, "Gotta get that anger up outcha champ….It's honestly sad." Instead of fuming, the actor/comedian opted to make this an opportunity to promote his new movie "Lift" as he wrote, "In the meantime…. Please enjoy MY MOVIE TRAILER to my next film 'LIFT' which will be dropping on @netflix in 8 days!!!!"

He added, "There is a moment in the trailer where @gugumbatharaw says 'They Really Love You' ….I now know she's talking about 'Katt' Mark yo calendars world!!!! This one is SPECIAL!!!!"

In the episode, Katt also targetted radio personality Ricky Smiley. He called out Ricky for lying when suggesting that he was supposed to play Money Mike in the 2002 film "Friday After Next" while Katt was supposed to take the Santa Claus role.
