AceShowbiz - Harry Styles reportedly sports a new hairstyle due to Taylor Swift's song. After the country-turned-pop superstar released a track titled "Now That We Don't Talk" that is believed to be about him, the British singer/actress has reportedly shaved his head.
Harry fans went into meltdown after an alleged picture of the former One Direction member with his new hairdo surfaced online. Gossip site DeuxMoi, which first shared the image, claimed it was taken when the 29-year-old attended U2's recent concert in Las Vegas.
In the grainy photo, someone who looks like Harry sported a buzz cut. His face is not clearly seen due to the bad resolution of the image, but one thing for sure is the guy sports much shorter hairdo that Harry's usual style.
As to what led fans to believe that Harry shaved his head because of Taylor's song, on the song off her "1989 (Taylor's Version)", she makes it clear that she did not like how her ex changed and grew his hair long. "You grew your hair long/ You got new icons/ And from the outside/ It looks like you're tryin' lives on," she sings. "I miss the old ways/ You didn't have to change/ But I guess I don't have a say/ Now that we don't talk."
Fans soon took to X, formerly Twitter, to share their reactions to Harry's alleged new hairstyle. "Taylor Swift released 1989 TV with lyrics about Harry Styles saying how she didn't like how he changed/got long hair after they ended, so he immediately took notes/got a buzzcut!" one person claimed.
Another speculated, "Taylor Swift wrote 'You grew your hair long, i miss the old days, you didn't had to change' and Harry Styles booked a hair appointment." A third similarly said, "Taylor Swift gagged Harry Styles so bad he shaved his head. What is this life we're living."
Meanwhile, some others couldn't handle the news with one saying, "Stop saying Harry Styles got a buzzcut for the sake of my mental health pls."
Harry and Taylor sparked dating rumors in November 2012 when they were seen together during "The X Factor" rehearsals. However, their fling did not last long as they reportedly went separate ways in January 2013.
Harry has been rumored dating Canadian actress Taylor Russell, while Taylor is now in a relationship with Travis Kelce.
