The alleged 'violent' incident between the MMA fighter and the unnamed woman was said to have taken place inside of a men's bathroom at the Kaseya Center in Florida on June 9.

AceShowbiz - Conor McGregor's team has stepped forward to shoot down accusation of him raping a woman. After words came out that demand letters have been sent to the MMA fighter over his alleged assault that took place at the NBA Finals, his legal counsel issued a denial and deemed the allegation as "false."

On Thursday morning, June 15, the 34-year-old martial artist's attorney Barbara Llanes let out a response statement that read, "The allegations are false." When referring to the demand letters that TMZ reported to be authored by attorney Ariel Mitchell, Barbara added, "Mr. McGregor will not be intimidated."

Conor was reported to have been served with demand letters by Ariel nearly a week after he attended game 4 of the NBA Finals at Kaseya Center in Miami, Florida on Friday, June 9. In the letters obtained by TMZ, he was accused of "violently" sexually harassing a woman after the Denver Nuggets won against the Miami Heat.

On what happened, the letters claimed that NBA and Heat security assisted in forcing the woman into a men's restroom after separating her from her friend. At that time, Conor and his security guards had already been inside the restroom. "Security refused to let [the woman] exit or allow anyone else, including her friend, inside the bathroom," the letters read.

Once the woman was inside, Conor was alleged to have come out of a handicap stall and "shoved his tongue in the victim's mouth and aggressively kissed her." The letters also noted that Conor forced the woman into performing oral sex with him, before trying to sodomize her.

It was said that the woman was able to escape after she repeatedly elbowed Conor. Unfortunately, in her rush to escape, the woman left her bag behind, which was "held hostage" by Conor's security guards, and had to beg them to return it to her. The woman filed a police report over the assault two days after the incident, on Sunday morning, June 10.

The demand letters sent to Conor afterward noted that the woman is seeking settlements with Conor, NBA and Miami Heat in lieu of litigation.

In the wake of Conor's sexual assault allegations, Miami Heat issued a statement on Thursday afternoon. "We are aware of the allegations and are conducting a full investigation. Pending the outcome of the investigation, we will withhold further comment," the organization stated.

NBA representative Mike Bass have also come up with similar statement, "We are aware of the allegations and are working with the team to gather more information." Meanwhile, UFC declared, "UFC will allow the legal process to play out before making any additional statements."

TMZ reported that the Miami Police Department started their investigation on Sunday, June 11. Their investigation is currently ongoing.
