In a new picture of the property, which served as his Sunday Service headquarters and Donda Academy, reveals how bad it looks as walls are falling down and trash is strewn everywhere.

AceShowbiz - Kanye West's $2.2 million home in Los Angeles is looking a little worse for wear following his divorce from Kim Kardashian. A new picture of the property reveals how bad it looks as walls are falling down and trash is strewn everywhere.

The aerial photo of the site, which also served as his Sunday Service headquarters and Donda Academy, featured that the partition walls around the guest house have been taken down. There was also a wire fence with trash strewn around.

Some props for the embattled rapper's Donda Academy were also seen being abandoned at the site. The said props included drums and trikes. A 4×4 tank and barbeque smoker can also be made out in photographs.

The "Jesus Is King" artist purchased the luxurious house, which sits on 1.25 acres, in 2018. The Yeezy designer, who is now married to Yeezy employee Bianca Censori, previously lived on the property with his then-model girlfriend Irina Shayk but he reportedly left the property in 2020. It seemingly remained empty since.

According to the description, the property has a "stunning floor-to-ceiling stacked-stone fireplace, beautiful inlaid hardwood floors, huge vaulted open-beam ceilings, and spacious ground-floor master suite with a walk-in closet and spa-style bath."

It also offers "two detached guest units, four car garage, huge metal workshop or barn, corral, and plenty of space for pool or vineyard, this property will appeal to the equestrian, aspiring winemaker, and car enthusiast alike." Additionally, there are two guest houses on the property with six bedrooms and seven bathrooms altogether.

In other news related to Ye, the musician's lawyer confirmed that the rapper received the paperwork of severing ties on February 1. Greenberg Traurig, LLP, has finally served Kanye West papers informing him about dropping the rapper as a client.

"On January 18, 2023, an attorney based in California contacted my firm advising that he would be representing 'Ye on some of his legal matters,' " Greenberg Traurig attorney Nina D. Boyajian wrote. "During the course of several emails and a phone call with this attorney, I requested that he coordinate personal service of the Order on Ye."
