David had landed in hot water multiple times over several gun-related scandals, including a rumor that he chased a woman who drove by his house and brandished a pistol at her.

AceShowbiz - Jenelle Evans and her husband David Eason recently attended court as they are fighting to get their children, who were taken away from their care by Child Protective Services following David's dog-killing controversy, back. When you think that David would give them no reason to be hesitant to send back their kids to them, it appeared that he had a gun with him at the time.

He and Jenelle went to court on Thursday, May 16 to fight a judge's order about removing their three children from their California house over the course of a week. In a photo obtained by TMZ, it could be seen that the former "Teen Mom 2" star had what seemed like a gun which he placed on the dashboard of their car. Considering that they put the object in an open space that allowed everyone to see, it seemed like he didn't try to hide it.

David had landed in hot water multiple times over several gun-related scandals. He previously posted multiple videos showing off his firepower after getting a visit from the Secret Service. There was also a rumor that he chased a woman who drove by his house and brandished a pistol at her, allegedly saying, "That's right. I got a gun, I will shoot you."

In related news, Jenelle took to her Facebook page to seemingly hint that her relationship with David was doing just fine after he killed her family dog Nugget. The 27-year-old shared a quote on Saturday, May 18 which read, "My boyfriend loves my body more than I do. He's always telling me i'm gorgeous, beautiful, cute, etc & that's why I love & adore him so much, he never fails to remind me everyday that i'm loved no matter what my head tells me & what I think of myself. He's truly appreciated."

The whole drama surrounding Jenelle and David led to the firing of Jenelle from "Teen Mom 2" earlier this month. Kailyn Lowry, one of her co-stars on the MTV reality show, recently weighed in on the matter. Speaking to TMZ, Kailyn said, "I think that people did watch the show for Jenelle and I don't think that that can't be denied. I think the drama is hurting the show and I think it's unfortunate for those who have worked really hard to kind of rebuild our reputation."

Lindsie Chrisley, who was having an outing with Kailyn at the time, chimmed in, "There's a difference between daily drama and drama that involves criminal activity." Kailyn expressed her agreement, adding, "and hurting living things."
