The 'Chun-Li' rapper opens the Pharrell Williams-produced song with a barrage of punchlines before the 24-year-old singer takes over.

AceShowbiz - Ariana Grande keeps the anticipation high for her new album "Sweetener" by releasing the second single off the effort. After teasing Nicki Minaj-assisted song "The Light Is Coming" earlier this month, the 24-year-old songstress has finally premiered the new banger, which was produced by Pharrell Williams.

With repetitive chorus and bouncy beats, "The Light Is Coming" is a fun and catchy track that fans can sing along to. Nicki opens the song with a barrage of punchlines as well as making references to her own single "Chun-Li" before Ariana takes over.

The Nickelodeon alum delivers a dynamic vocal performance over a jittery beat of quick drums and peculiar synths. "What did she say? What did she say. You don't listen 'cause you know everything/ You don't even need dreams," she sings. "Tellin' everybody, 'Stay woke don't sleep.' "

A music video for the song will be released exclusively on Reebok's website. Fans who want to watch the visuals must sign up on the site.

"The Light Is Coming" follows "No Tears Left to Cry", which debuted and peaked at No. 3 on Billboard's Hot 100 chart. It also marks Ariana and Nicki's fifth collaboration. The two musicians first collaborated on "Get on Your Knees" off Nicki's 2014 album "The Pinkprint". They also teamed up for hit track "Bang Bang" with Jessie J and "Side to Side" off Ariana's "Dangerous Woman".

They recently released another collaboration titled "Bed" off Nicki's upcoming album "Queen", which is slated for an August 10 release. A music video for the song is expected to be released in the new future after the duo unveiled a teaser for the visuals.

Aside from releasing new music, Ariana has announced the release date for "Sweetener". The set is scheduled to be released on August 17 via Republic Records. Fans who pre-order the effort will receive pre-sale ticket access to a future headline tour.
