An unnamed accuser claims that the 'Annie' actor struck her in the face with his penis when she refused to perform oral sex on him 16 years ago.

AceShowbiz - Jamie Foxx has denied slapping a woman in the face with his penis 16 years ago.

The veteran actor has been accused of the alleged assault by an unnamed woman, who claims it occurred in Las Vegas in 2002.

According to TMZ, the complainant told police last week (begins June 04) she and a friend were attending a party at the actor's house when he tried to get her to perform oral sex. She claims when she refused, Foxx struck her in the face with his penis.

The woman also alleges that one of the Foxx's friends asked her to leave the house following the incident and she later had to receive treatment for a severe panic attack at a hospital in Los Angeles.

However, Foxx, real name Eric Marlon Bishop, has "emphatically" denied the allegations via his attorney Allison Hart, labelling the claims an "absurd lie."

"Jamie emphatically denies that this incident ever occurred, and he will be filing a report with the Las Vegas Police Department against the woman for filing a false police report against him," Hart told TMZ. "The first time (Jamie) became aware of this woman's absurd claims about an incident that supposedly occurred 16 years ago was when TMZ contacted his representatives (Tuesday) about this story."

She added: "The alleged incident was not reported to law enforcement in 2002, or at any other time in the last 16 years until last Friday because the incident never happened."

The accuser says the #MeToo movement, spearheaded by the public revelations of sexual misconduct allegations against Hollywood film producer Harvey Weinstein, inspired her to finally file the police report.

She also claims she wanted the alleged incident recorded in case other accusers come forward.
