The actress claims that she and the President share same superpower, 'delusion', which is horrifying and interesting at the same time.

AceShowbiz - "Ocean's 8" actress Mindy Kaling didn't waste her chance to throw shade at President Donald Trump when she attended Darthmouth College commencement on Sunday, June 10 . She said to Darthmouth College graduates that the President may have "tweeted us into war" with Wakanda, referring to a fictional country from "Black Panther".

"The truth doesn't seem to matter anymore and for all I know, the President just tweeted us into war with Wakanda, a country that doesn't exist," Mindy said, making the graduates laugh. The 38-year-old actress then continued to share her "secret" in surviving an unstable world.

"I'll tell you my secret, the one thing that keeps me going, my superpower: delusion," Mindy shared to the graduates. "This is something I may share with the President," she claimed. "A fact that is both horrifying and interesting."

Basically, Mindy encouraged the graduates to have "insane confident" in themselves even if it's not real and she also suggested that Trump was a testament to those successful people who believe they are the smartest, most successful person in the world.

The speech, which was filled with humor from the beginning, took on a more serious tone when the star specifically addressed the female graduates. "Girls, we need to do a better job of supporting each other," she said. "Wouldn't it be better to work together to dismantle a system that makes us feel like there's limited room for us?" The graduates cheered in response to her speech.

Mindy, who is also a comedian and an author, received a honorary degree during the graduation ceremony. She herself was graduated from the ivy league school in 2001.

After graduating from college, Mindy joined "The Office" in 2004 as a writer-performer and took the role of Kelly Kapoor. When her contract was expired at the end of season 7, she signed a new contract as an executive producer for the show in 2011. She was the first woman of color to create, produce, write and star on a comedy show with "The Mindy Project".
